I bought one of their engine hoists from Pep Boys a number of years ago and it has been good.
I had the chassis jacked up pretty high on 6 ton jack stands, and extended the hoist boom to its longest setting and was still able to get enough clearance to install the engine.
You don't need the Rameyz slinger for removal, but I definitely recommend it for install, especially if you are doing it by yourself.... as I did. You can see how level the engine is. I currently use a Harbor Freight stand, and no issues with having a fully built VG on it. It has four casters. In the future I plan on getting one of the below. I like the folding legs on the Torin, but the Sunex is just badass.
